Check out this video of a stop Canton, OH police made in early June. (The first few minutes are pretty boring so fast-forward 6 minutes.) I don't know whether this guy was cruising prostitutes or not, but he never once raised his voice nor did he ever pose a threat to the police officers. However, Officer Harless's behavior was less than professional. His abusive and vulgar behavior is inexcusable. According to the linked article, he's had 16 complaints against him since 2000. He's been repremanded for not turning the in-car camera on during a stop. Officer Harless should not be allowed to be a law enforcement officer since Officer Harless can not obey the law himself!
